Print. Kubota Annual VIP Incentive
Each year Kubota hosts a VIP incentive trip to Japan for their top customers.
Our challenge was to create a premium invitation complete with travel itinerary to inform and excite guests on their upcoming reward.
Here we created a double-sided, eye-catching, circular design, die-cut to shape and bound with a single nickel binding screw enabling the pages to fan out. This handy pocket-sized itinerary was robust and durable to withstand being carried around by guests throughout the trip.
The invite was finished with a clear varnish to highlight the shafts of sunlight which represented the Japanese sun. The final touch was an elegant and translucent envelope allowing the design to peak through and spark excitement as the invite landed on customers desks
The nature of planning incentive trips and last-minute itinerary changes often means tight deadlines for print but we worked collaboratively with Kubota to ensure deadlines were always met.
Other editions included a soft touch laminate finish to feel like suede and silver foil stickers to enhance the envelopes.
Guests loved the invites, many keeping them as souvenirs of such a memorable trip.
